The event took place at the Fincantieri factory in Porto Marghera in Venice. The presentation of the ship began with a live show entirely focused on the concept of the embrace as the underlying theme of the narrative, enclosed by the claim "Embrace The Sea", the story celebrated the historic relationship between Fincantieri and the sea and the metaphorical meeting between two cities, Venice and Rotterdam. The Ceremony was presented by the presenter Petra Loreggian and the artistic participation of Kitomb. The live show continued with the traditional moment of delivery of the ampoule, an evocative symbolism of the first water touched by the hull of each new ship on the day of launch.
